The Winning Bidder is responsible for pick up of the item(s) from:

1. Kelowna, BC for items located in Kelowna (Lots 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10); and
2. The location in Virginia where Lots are manufactured (Lots 3 and 4).

at the Buyer's expense.
GST is chargeable on the Auction Fee and is payable by the Buyer.
